Electronically Release The Box. Inside The Box You Will
Find An Arrival Packet With Your Name On It. The Packet
Contains A Map And Keys To Your Unit..arrival
Registration Card And Information On The Area. Please
Review The Information Inside And Return The Arrival
Registration Card To Our Office The Following Day.
Need Flight Arrival And Departure Information Including
Times And Number Of Persons At Time Of Booking. We Will
Trace These Pick Ups To Either Pick Up And Drop Off
Guests Ourselves Or If It Is After Our Office Hours We
Will Hire A Cab, Free Of Charge To The Guest, To Do This
For Us. Without The Flight Information, Transportation
Can Not Be Arranged. Office Is Closed On The Weekends,
Arrivals For Saturday And Sunday - Flight Information
Must Be Advised On Friday. If The Guest Arrives At Our
Office After Hours, The Cab Driver Knows The Late Check
In Procedure. The Cab Would Allow The Guest To Pick Up
Their Check In Packet Then Deliver Them To Their Rental
